Yesterday was fun.  I went down to my friend Ben’s to watch “The Last Kings of Scotland.”  Before we turned it on, though, he suggested we walk down to the South Street Seaport, which we did.  We walked over, and ended up standing right acrss from the Brooklyn Bridge.  The view was amazing.

Then we watched the movie.

After the movie, I was considering leaving, and realized it was only 10:46.  Ben suggested we go to the Brooklyn Promenade.  This we did.  Only two subway stops and a short ride away, I took in the most amazing view of the Manhattan and the Brooklyn bridge, which we were just South of.  I’ll be there again!

Today, I am off to Seacliffe, NY.  Later, I am heading to a beach in the West Hamptons.  I’m glad to be discovering New York through the eyes of born-and-raised New Yorkers.
